可见光诱导大茴香醛的高效合成

Efficient Synthesis of Anethaldehyde Induced by Visible Light

摘要 4-甲氧基苯甲醛,俗名大茴香醛,广泛应用于药物合成和香水调配等领域。但是传统合成大茴香醛的工艺缺点,导致其合成途径很难适合本科实验教学。本实验在温和且无金属的条件下,通过可见光诱导4-甲氧基苯甲醇来制备大茴香醛,这不仅提供了醇氧化、醛制备的新方法,而且也向学生拓展了光化学和自由基化学等重要知识,为培养具有科研思维和创新能力的新工科人才提供支撑。 Anisaldehyde,also known as p-anisaldehyde,is widely used in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and perfume formulation.However,the drawbacks of traditional methods for synthesizing anisaldehyde make it challenging to adapt them for undergraduate laboratory teaching.This experiment presents a novel approach to preparing anisaldehyde by mild and metal-free conditions,utilizing visible light-induced oxidation of p-anisyl alcohol.This not only offers a new method for alcohol oxidation and aldehyde preparation but also expands students’knowledge in the fields of photochemistry and radical chemistry,which provides a support for cultivating new engineering talents with scientific research thinking and innovation capacity.
