智能移动保温罩可控气氛热处理生产线研制及应用

摘要 传统的井式炉温度波动大,容易造成局部过热或软点,在淬火转移过程中产品表面易产生氧化和脱碳。此外,作业人员受到的热辐射影响较大,淬火时产生的大量油烟造成环境污染较为严重等。大型移动保温罩可控气氛井式炉可替代传统的井式淬火炉,在提高生产效率和产品质量一致性、减少环境污染的同时,大幅减轻了作业人员劳动强度,促进了热处理车间绿色化和智能化发展。 The traditional well-type carburizing furnace has a great fluctuation in temperature and carburizing atmosphere,which is easy to cause the depth of carburizing hardening layer and the ultra-difference of metallographic structure,and easy to produce oxidation and decarburization on the surface of products during the process of quenching and transferring after carburizing.In addition,the workers are greatly affected by the heat radiation,and the environmental pollution caused by the large amount of oil fume during quenching is more serious.RBJ series moving heat preservation cover controlled atmosphere well furnace can replace the traditional well carburizing furnace,which can improve carburizing speed,shorten process time and reduce environmental pollution,greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers,and promote the digital,green and intelligent development of heat treatment workshop.
