UNS S32750超级双相不锈钢焊接工艺研究

摘要 为了保证UNS S32750超级双相不锈钢无缝钢管焊接质量,充分考虑管材焊接特点,搭配使用合理的焊接工艺,同时开展工艺评定。试验结果显示:通过选用合理的焊接材料、合适的焊接参数,UNS S32750超级双相不锈钢无缝钢管试样的各项力学性能、抗腐蚀性能、铁素体含量均与评估标准相匹配,在试验焊接工艺上符合规范要求,能满足苛刻标准、现场施工情况等多方面的需要。 In order to solve the welding problem of S32750 super duplex stainless steel pipe,the welding function characteristics of the pipe were fully considered,and a reasonable welding process was used in combination.At the same time,process evaluation tests were carried out.The test results showed that adopted reasonable welding materials and appropriate welding process,the mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,and ferrite content of S32750 duplex stainless steel pipeline steel pipe specimens could match the evaluation standards.The welding process met the specifications and the needs of harsh standards.
