摘要
大学生心理健康教育的讲授式教学方法存在重理论轻实践,学生学习兴趣降低,影响教学质量等问题。本研究对比分析讲授式和体验式两种教学方法;设计一种体验式心理健康教育课程;通过调查问卷方式对课程实施进行评价,对课程开展效果进行分析并提出改进对策。结果表明:(1)目前高校心理健康教育课程教学方式与学生需求严重不符;教师教学水平与课堂气氛总体一般。(2)实验组在参与体验式心理健康教育课程后,大部分心理问题得到显著改善,该课程能够有效改善大学生的心理健康水平。(3)课程应充分结合高校和学生的特点来进行设计。研究的开展为探究体验式教育对大学生心理教育的影响及课程改进具有促进作用,为提升教学效果提供参考。
The lecture-style teaching method of college students’mental health education has problems such as emphasizing theory and ignoring practice,which reduces students’interest in learning and damages the quality of teaching.This research compares and analyzes the teaching method and the experiential teaching method;designs an experiential mental health education course;evaluates the implementation of the course through questionnaires,analyzes the effect of the course development and proposes improvement strategies.The results show that:(1)The current teaching methods of mental health education courses in colleges and universities are seriously inconsistent with the needs of students;teachers’teaching level and classroom atmosphere are generally average.(2)After the experimental group participated in the experiential mental health education course,most of the psychological problems were significantly improved,and the course could effectively improve the mental health level of college students.(3)Courses should be designed according to the characteristics of colleges and students.The development of the research can promote the influence of experiential education on the psychological education of college students and the improvement of the curriculum,and provide a reference for improving the teaching effect.
