Under the background of the“Double High Plan”,English teaching is beneficial to the realization of the goal of internationalization of higher vocational colleges,and to the cultivation of technical talents who serve regional economic development,to implement moral education through integrating ideological and political education into English curriculum.We should deeply explore the ideological and political elements of higher vocational English,infiltrate the ideological and political education in teaching,comprehensively improve the degree of compatibility between English teaching and curriculum,and make the ideological and political education properly integrated into English teaching.We will steadily implement the idea of“open school,open teaching,and international education”to improve the English level of vocational college students,to have correct value orientation in the tide of social development,to lay a solid ideological foundation for professional skills practice,and to better contribute to the high-quality development of the country.
