海洋工程项目材料管理信息化建设研究

摘要 工程材料现场信息化建设有助于促进海洋工程企业项目管理创效。以工程项目材料信息化为载体,以现场建造管理为出发点,将工程材料数据按照固定的信息化模板关联反映每项工作包所需图料匹配的程度,形成信息化数据库,并上传至在线编辑软件,实时状态在线更新。以分享链接的方式将材料信息化数据库推送至项目所有相关人员,实现工程项目材料的实时状态信息共享,提高了沟通效率,并结合项目四级计划有效推进项目施工进度,消除或降低工程材料对项目工期的负面影响,实现了企业的管理创效,形成可借鉴的海洋工程材料信息化建设经验。 The information technology application in engineering materials ensure more efficient project management for offshore engineering companies.Based on the information technology application in engineering materials and approaching from building management of projects,all kinds of the engineering material data are associated by the fixed templates of information technology application to reflect the matching degree between the drawing materials required and each work package,thus forming the database enabled by information technology application,which is uploaded onto the online editing software to update the real-time status.And the online database is pushed onto the revenant people of the project via link address in order to make the real-time information about the engineering material shared,thus enabling more efficient communication.Besides,the construction is well advanced according to the fourth grade of the project,eliminating or reducing the negative effect of engineering materials on the project progress.This leads to more efficient management for the relevant enterprises,setting an example for the information technology application in offshore engineering materials.
