滩海石油开采管理风险与防范处置对策研究

Management risks and preventive measures for offshore petroleum exploitation

滩海石油开采风险较大,对开采管理中易发生的违反海洋环境保护管理法规、溢油污染、人员落水被困等风险因素进行了分析,并展开了对策性研究,提出了切实可行的防范措施和应急处置办法。该项研究可为滩海石油开采过程的风险防控提供参考和借鉴,可用于指导安全生产、避免事故发生及提高滩海石油开采精细化管理水平。

Offshore petroleum is highly risky in exploitation.This paper analyzes risks commonly seen in exploitation management,including the violation of marine environment protection regulations,oil spill pollution,and people over board and trapped.A countermeasure research is further carried on to offer feasible ways of prevention and emergency disposal.This study aims to provide insightful references for risk prevention and control in exploiting offshore petroleum,to guide safe production,avoid accidents,and enhance the refined management of offshore petroleum exploitation.
