摘要
分析了垃圾分类背景下垃圾处理的现状,智能垃圾转运车作为处理垃圾的关键设备,通过对其垃圾车常见的连杆机构和摇杆机构的组成、运动过程和结果进行比较,总结目前各自存在的不足,并设计出一种基于双摇杆式机构原理的提升机构。基于UG对提升机构进行3D建模,并运用ADAMS对提升机构的关键参数进行仿真分析,验证了双摇杆机构的智能垃圾转运车关键参数角度的最优性,为以后更加全面的分析和优化类似机构提供了一种有益的参考。
The status quo of garbage disposal under the background of garbage classification is analyzed.As the key equipment of garbage disposal,the intelligent garbage transfer vehicle is compared with the composition,movement process and results of the common connecting rod mechanism and rocker mechanism of the garbage truck.The shortcomings of each mechanism are summarized,and a lifting mechanism based on the principle of double rocker mechanism is designed.The 3D modeling of the lifting mechanism was carried out based on UG,and the key parameters of the lifting mechanism were simulated and analyzed by ADAMS,which verified the optimality of the key parameter Angle of the intelligent waste transfer vehicle of the double rocker mechanism,and provided a useful reference for more comprehensive analysis and optimization of similar mechanisms in the future.
