摘要
在建筑机械中,尤其是国家提倡的模块化建筑,普遍采用薄板零件,尤其是一些箱体构件,其结构并不复杂精度要求也不太高,但由于刚度较差,在装夹过程中和切削力的作用下,易产生变形、震刀,造成尺寸超差、表面粗糙度低和零件铣穿现象。本文从消除应力、减少刀具摩擦力等几方面,及降低焊接及加工过程中的受热变形引起的震动导致加工质量低等几方面提出了薄板箱体在加工过程中震刀难以控制的问题的有效技术方法,解决了相应技术难题。
In the construction machinery,especially the modular construction advocated by the state,it is common to use thin plate parts,especially some box components,whose structure is not complex precision requirements are not too high,but due to poor stiffness,in the clamping process and under the action of the cutting force,it is easy to produce deformation,vibration of the knife,resulting in the dimensions of the super poor,low surface roughness and the phenomenon of the parts milling through.In this paper,from the elimination of stress,reduce tool friction and other aspects,and reduce the welding and machining process of thermal deformation caused by vibration resulting in low machining quality and other aspects of the thin plate box in the machining process of the vibration of the knife is difficult to control the problem of an effective technical method to solve the corresponding technical problems.
