摘要
信息设备作为承载信息系统稳定运行的载体,保障其健康稳定运行是电力系统数字化、智能化稳定转型的基础。文章提出信息设备状态评价技术与应用研究,首先梳理信息设备全生命周期,基于知识图谱技术实现数据融合汇聚;然后设计运行环节信息设备健康评价指标体系,提出一种主客观组合赋权计算的健康评价方法,评价方法既包含专家经验也包含客观因素,使评价结果更全面可靠;最后设计研发信息设备状态评价系统,并实际验证各环节数据汇聚和组合赋权计算的成效。
Information equipment as a carrier to carry information system stable operation,to ensure its healthy and stable operation is the basis for the stable transformation of power system digitalization and intelligence.In this paper,we propose the research on the state evaluation technology and application of information equipment,firstly,combing the whole life cycle of information equipment and realizing data fusion and convergence based on the knowledge graph technology;then,we design the health evaluation index system of the information equipment in the operation link,and put forward a subjective-objective combination of empowerment calculation of the health evaluation method,which contains both the expert's experience and the objective factors,so as to make the evaluation result more comprehensive and reliable;finally,we design and develop the Finally,we design and develop the state evaluation system of information equipment,and actually verify the effectiveness of data convergence and combined empowerment calculation in each link.
