近日,省政府办公厅印发《开展新一轮“四好农村路”建设的实施方案(2023-2027年)》(以下简称《实施方案》)。为切实做好贯彻落实,现就《实施方案》出台的背景、主要内容及政策亮点等解读如下:一、背景依据“四好农村路”是习近平总书记亲自提出、亲自部署、亲自推动实施的一项重大民生工程、民心工程、德政工程。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次对农村公路发展作出指示。
