分析耳穴贴压技术对胃癌患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响

Analysis of the Effects of Ear Acupoint Pressing Technique on the Psychological Status and Sleep Quality of Gastric Cancer Patients

目的:分析耳穴贴压技术对胃癌患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月就诊于福建省肿瘤医院的胃癌患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者给予一般性护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予耳穴贴压护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用行为检查表(CBCL)判定2组患者的心理状态。结果:干预后,观察组CBCL量表中的焦虑、退缩、抑郁状态评分均显著低于对照组,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规干预基础上加用耳穴贴压技术能有效改善胃癌患者心理状态,提高患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of ear acupoint pressure technique on the psychological state and sleep quality of gastric cancer patients.Methods:A total of 80 gastric cancer patients admitted to Fujian Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation and control groups using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received general nursing intervention,while the observation group received ear acupoint pressure nursing intervention based on the control group.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients,and the Behavioral Checklist(CBCL)was used to assess the psychological status of the two groups of patients.Results:After intervention,the anxiety,withdrawal,and depression scores on the CBCL scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding ear acupoint pressing techniques based on routine intervention can effectively improve gastric cancer patients'psychological state and sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
