摘要
目的:观察心理护理联合音乐改善大学生社交焦虑及睡眠的效果。方法:选取2021年3月至2023年12月龙岩学院综合门诊部收治的大学生120例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组实施心理护理联合音乐,对照组实施常规护理,比较2组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组心理健康水平评分、生命质量评分、舒适度评分、社交焦虑评分、满意度评分较对照组高,PSQI评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:给予大学生心理护理联合音乐能提高其心理健康水平,改善社交焦虑及睡眠质量,提高其生命质量及舒适度,且满意度高,值得借鉴。
Objective:To observe the effects of psychological nursing combined with music on social anxiety and sleep of college students.Methods:A total of 120 college students(from March 2021 to December 2023)were randomly divided into an observation group(60 cases)with psychological nursing combined with music and a control group(60 cases)with routine nursing.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher score of mental health level,lower score of PSQI,higher score of quality of life,higher score of comfort,higher score of social anxiety,and higher score of satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of psychological nursing and music can improve the level of mental health,social anxiety,and sleep quality,improve the quality of life and comfort,and the satisfaction is high,which is worth learning.
