溴资源利用及卤水制溴工艺综述

Overview of Bromine Resource Utilization and Bromine Production Process from Brine

溴素是一种重要的化工原料,在工业上用于制作阻燃剂、制冷剂、感光材料、染料、香料、灭火剂、抗震剂、合成纤维,在医药和农药领域同样应用广泛。目前,我国溴素产业缺口较大,研究提溴技术具有重要意义。文章简述了水蒸气蒸馏法、空气吹出法这两种成熟制溴工艺,同时介绍了几种尚待开发的新型工艺。

Bromine is an important chemical raw material used in industry to make flame re-tardants,refrigerants,photosensitive materials,dyes,fragrances,fire extinguishing agents,seis-mic agents,synthetic fibers,and is also widely used in the fields of medicine and pesticide.At present,there is a significant gap in China´s bromine industry,and studying bromine extraction technology is of great significance.This article briefly described two kinds of process for extracting bromine,steam distillation and air blowing method,and introduced several new processes that need to be developed.
