两种氯化镁溶液蒸发工艺的分析比较

摘要 文章提出用分段蒸发的工艺代替现有的单效真空蒸发工艺,使生产含纯45%氯化镁的蒸发过程节能1/3以上,并且使蒸发过程由间歇操作改变为连续操作,提高设备利用率,并为供汽车间和其他用汽车间工艺控制的稳定提供有利条件,从而提高了工厂的综合效益。 The article proposed to replace the existing single effect vacuum evaporation pro-cess with a stage evaporation process,which saved more than 1/3 of the energy in the evaporation process of producing 45%pure MgCl2.It also changed the evaporation process from intermittent op-eration to continuous operation,improved equipment utilization,and provided favorable conditions for stable process control in the steam supply workshop and other stream used workshops,thereby improving the comprehensive efficiency of the factory.
