摘要
全容式储罐管道因输送介质LNG的特性,在进料、外输及安全阀泄放等工况中需要经历巨大温差,此外还需要考虑储罐设计的地震工况影响和评估准则。针对以上特点,文章从分析理论、参考标准、校核工况及分析内容等方面展开研究,以某项目进料管道为例,分析了管道规范应力、储罐管口和罐壁支架载荷及模态分析等内容,为储罐管道布置和应力计算提供工程借鉴。
Due to the characteristics of the medium LNG,the full containment storage tank pipeline needs to huge temperature differences on feeding,transportation and relief valve release load conditions.In addition,it is necessary to consider the impact of seismic conditions on the tank design and evaluation criteria.In view of the above characteristics,this article researched from the aspects of analysis theory,reference standards,stress loadcase and analysis contents,etc.Taking a project feeding pipeline as an example,it analyzed the pipeline code stress,storage tank piping nozzle and tank wall support load,modal analysis and other contents,providing engineering refer-ence for storage tank pipeline layout and stress calculation.
