摘要
文章针对某重卡在低负荷工况下的特定转速范围内,车辆驾驶室内出现的“咚咚”打鼓声,首先通过主观评价,初步判断进气系统为噪声传播源;然后通过换装评测,锁定噪声传播路径;最后结合试验测试,从不同维度有针对性地提出降噪措施,最终采用加大进气扁管厚度、调整进气扁管与车身连接处的橡胶软垫刚度和粘贴阻尼片的综合降噪措施,降低了进气噪声,并进行实车验证。文章解决了车内进气气流噪声过大的问题,提升了整车品质,极大地改善了驾乘人员的驾乘体验,对整车噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)性能优化设计提供参考,对后续整车降噪工作具有实际指导意义。
According to the drumming sound in the driver's cab of a heavy truck in the conditions of under low load and within a specific speed range,firstly,this paper determines that the intake system is the source of noise transmission through subjective evaluation;then,the noise propagation path is locked by change evaluation;finally,combined with the experimental testing,noise reduction measures are proposed from different dimensions;finally,the comprehensive noise reduction measures of increasing the thickness of the intake flat tube,adjusting the stiffness of the rubber cushion at the connection between the intake flat tube and the body and attaching the damping plate are adopted to reduce the intake noise,and the actual vehicle verification is carried out.This paper solves the problem of excessive air intake noise in the vehicle,improves the quality of the vehicle,greatly improves the driving experience of the driver and passenger,provides a reference for the optimization design of vehicle noise,vibration,harshness(NVH)performance,and has practical guidance significance for the subsequent noise reduction work of the vehicle.
