摘要
针对车门玻璃下降时出现的“咕噜咕噜”异响问题进行研究,发现水切的自身稳定性是异响的原因。通过改变接触面摩擦特性实验,确认外水切问题。结合实车验证,根据自锁-滑动机理和有限元模拟,研究清楚粘滑运动中水切翻转敲击钣金的异响原理,并解释了高温扬尘天气容易异响的原因。考虑到布置空间和自然环境影响,排除唇边角度和摩擦系数的更改方案,并分析异响的三种潜在原因,加长水切倒钩抵住钣金,消除水切敲击钣金的可能性,彻底解决了异响问题。
According to the research of"grunting"abnormal sound problem when the door glass drops,it is found that the stability of weatherstrip itself is the reason of abnormal sound.By changing the friction characteristics of the contact surface,the external weatherstrip problem is confirmed.Based on the self-locking sliding mechanism and finite element simulation,the abnormal sound principle of weatherstrip turning knocking sheet metal in stick-slip motion is studied clearly,and the reason of abnormal sound in high temperature dust weather is explained.Taking into account the impact of layout space and natural environment,exclude the change of lip angle and friction coefficient,and analyze the three potential causes of abnormal sound,extend the weatherstrip barb against the sheet metal,eliminate the possibility of weatherstrip knocking sheet metal,and completely solve the problem of abnormal sound.
