学龄前儿童过度屏幕暴露的概念分析

摘要 目的:应用Rodgers演化概念分析法界定学龄前儿童过度屏幕暴露的概念。方法:检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中有关学龄前儿童过度屏幕暴露相关文献,检索时限为建库至2023年7月。根据纳入标准选取39篇文献,应用Rodgers概念分析框架,从屏幕暴露概念的演化、属性、前因变量、结果和测评工具等方面对学龄前儿童屏幕暴露的相关内容进行分析、整合,并利用典型案例加以阐述。结果:学龄前儿童过度屏幕暴露的前因变量有5个,包括性别、年龄、照顾者的文化程度、照顾者的行为态度、经济条件。属性有3个,包括久坐行为、辅助管理工具、行为成瘾。结论:对学龄前儿童过度屏幕暴露的概念进行梳理和分析,有助于进一步制定针对屏幕暴露的干预措施和测评量表,促进学龄前儿童的健康成长。 Objective:To define the concept of excessive screen exposure in preschool children by applying the Rodgers evolutionary concept analysis.Methods:PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang Database,and VIP were searched for literature related to excessive screen exposure in preschool children.The retrieval time was from the inception to July 2023.39 articles were selected according to the inclusion criteria,and the Rodgers conceptual analysis framework was applied to analyze,integrate,and illustrate the content of screen exposure in preschool children in terms of the evolution of the concept,attributes,antecedent variables and outcomes,and measurement tools.Results:There were 5 antecedent variables of excessive screen exposure in preschool children,including gender,age,caregiver′s literacy,caregiver′s behavioural attitudes,and economic conditions.There were 3 attributes,including sedentary behaviour,assistive management tools,and behavioural addiction.Conclusion:The concept of excessive screen violence in preschool children is sorted and analysed to help further develop interventions and measurement scales for screen exposure and to promote healthy development of preschool children.
