The Reputation of Doctors and Matters Concerning Reputation

以医生对待名誉的实例引出对医者名誉问题的探讨。首先,从发生学的角度揭示医者名誉存于道德理想主义的真相,沿着自传统至现代的时间脉络展开对关乎医者名誉之道德现象的叙述,落脚于医者个体之于群体名誉“信用贷款”般的责任。其次,从应然的角度阐述“应当享有盛名之事”之于“享有盛名”的优先性,从现实角度分析三种不同的激情对医者处理攸关名誉之事的影响,将实例置于道德语境进行比较分析,剖析名誉心对医者群体和个人名誉或成就或损毁的作用机理,尤其结合医学的局限性强调医者真诚的重要性。

This article uses examples of doctors treating reputation to explore the issue of medical reputation.Firstly,from the perspective of genetics,this article reveals the truth that the reputation of doctors exists in moral idealism,tracing the narrative of moral phenomena concerning the reputation of physicians from traditional to modern times,focusing on the individual responsibility of doctors for group reputation,which is like a"credit loan".Secondly,from a natural perspective,the priority of"deserving a good reputation"over"having a good reputation"is elaborated.From a practical perspective,the impact of three different passions on the handling of reputation related matters by doctors is analyzed.Examples are placed in a moral context for comparative analysis,and the mechanism of the effect of reputation on the reputation,achievements,or damage of medical groups and individuals is analyzed.Especially,the importance of sincerity of doctors is emphasized in combination with the limitations of medicine.
