基于ANSYS的采棉机分风箱应用研究

摘要 气力输送系统是采棉机工作部件中的重要系统之一,分风箱是气力输送系统中重要的组成部分,分风箱将风机出口处的风量分配给采棉机的采摘装置,分风箱结构对风机风量的分配起到重要作用。构建了两种不同结构的分风箱模型,采用ANSYS软件对不同结构的分风箱内部风速和风压的差异进行数值模拟,对分风箱的速度矢量云图、风压云图及各个出口平均风速进行了分析。结果表明,在能满足风速要求的前提下,模型Ⅱ的结构更加合理。 Pneumatic conveying system is a crucial component of cotton picker,with air distribution box serving as a key element within this system.Air distribution box distributes air volume at fan outlet to picking device of cotton picker,and structure of air distribution box plays an important role in air volume distribution.Two different structural models of air distribution box s were developed.ANSYS software was utilized to conduct numerical simulations of variations in wind speed and wind pressure within air distribution box with different structures.Velocity vector cloud image,wind pressure cloud image,and average wind speed at each outlet of air distribution box were analyzed.Results indicated that,under premise of meeting wind speed requirements,structure of model Ⅱ was more reasonable.
