主动配电网规划理论和工程建设实践分析

摘要 主动配电网是“双碳”背景下分布式电源大规模并网的高效解决方案,对于促进能源结构的优化、二氧化碳的减排具有重要的战略意义。介绍了主动配电网的基本概念、主要特性、重点技术,提出含分布式电源的主动配电网规划理论框架和方法,同时建议从配电网结构、数字通信、智慧用电三个方面进行工程建设实践,初步提出了建设思路与原则。 Active distribution network(ADN)is an efficient solution for large-scale grid connection of distributed power sources under the background of"dual carbon"strategy.It has critical significance for promoting optimization of China′s energy structure and reduction of carbon dioxide emission.This paper outlines basic concepts,main characteristics,and key technologies of ADN,presents a theoretical framework and method for ADN planning with distributed sources.It proposes engineering construction practices from three aspects:distribution network structure,digital communication,and smart electricity use.The construction ideas and principles are preliminarily puts forward.
