乙丙烷脱氢废碱液湿式空气氧化处理技术工业应用及改进

摘要 介绍了湿式氧化工艺处理乙丙烷脱氢制乙烯废碱液的工艺原理、工艺流程、操作参数及工业运转结果,对装置运转过程中出现的设计、出水、尾气和能耗问题进行了重点分析,并针对问题提出建议,给出了解决办法。详细介绍了该工艺针对乙丙烷脱氢废碱液的处理效果,在180~190℃、2.6~3.0 MPa的操作条件下,出水S^(2-)<1.0 mg·L^(-1),尾气硫化氢未检出,装置运行稳定,具有显著的环境、经济和社会效益。 The processing principle,processing flow,operation parameters and industrial operation results of wet oxidation process for treating spent caustic from ethyl propane dehydrogenation to ethylene were introduced,and the problems of design,effluent,tail gas and energy consumption during the operation were analyzed,and some suggestions and solutions were given.The treatment effect of this process on spent caustic of ethyl propane dehydrogenation was introduced in detail.Under the operating conditions of 180~190 C and 2.6~3.0 MPa,the S^(2-)mass concentration of the effluent was less than 1.0 mg·L^(-1),and the hydrogen sulfide in the exhaust was not detected.The unit runs stably and has remarkable environmental,economic and social benefits.
