摘要
工业文明历经400年发展,在工业化、城市化为主导的模式下,世界在积累大量物质财富的同时,逐渐走向不可持续发展的危机之中。在习近平总书记“两山论”及国家乡村振兴战略背景下,有机生态发展成为我国农业及乡村建设的大方向。本研究从当前有机农业发展及技术推广、落地所面临的困境问题出发,以山西灵丘县域有机农业推广为典型案例,从技术体系、推广模式等方面来论述县域低成本高质量有机农业技术推广131模式。131模式将以农用酵素、酵素堆肥、水肥全循环为技术体系的有机农业技术下沉到农村一线,降本增效,构建基于土壤-微生物-植物-人的健康种养循环生态链,形成物质和能量高效循环的有机农业,为未来农业科学技术的推广落地提供重要发展方向。
Industrial civilization has gone through 400 years of development,and under the dominant model of industrialization and urbanization,the world is gradually moving towards the crisis of unsustainable development while accumulating a large amount of material wealth.Under the background of general secretary Xi Jinping’s‘two mountains theory’and the national rural revitalization strategy,organic ecological development has become the general direction of China’s agriculture and rural construction.In face of the difficulties existed in the current development of organic agriculture and technology promotion,from the perspectives of technical system,promotion mode,etc.the 131 model of low cost and high quality organic agriculture technology promotion in the county area is discussed by taking organic agriculture promotion in Lingqiu County,Shanxi Province.Through the 131 model,the organic agriculture technology with agricultural Jiaosu,Jiaosu composting,and full cycle of water and fertilizer as the technical system are put in the rural front line aiming to reduce costs and increase efficiency,build a healthy planting and raising cycle ecological chain based on soil-microorganisms-plants and human beings,and form an organic agriculture with highly efficient circulation of material and energy.This study will provide an important development direction for the promotion of agricultural science and technology in the future.
