摘要
电站锅炉高温受热面运行环境恶劣,电站锅炉壁温作为锅炉监测关键状态参数,其波动引起设备安全状态的一系列变化。通过对电站锅炉壁温关键参数的异常状态在线实时监测与趋势分析,实现超温实时状态管理。判断电站锅炉壁温是否处于异常,实现电站锅炉壁温异常的实时自动在线监测、分析及判别。协助运行人员掌握实时温度水平及温度场变化状态,指导设备管理及检修人员开展电站锅炉高温受热面安全状态评价。开展基于壁温大数据的锅炉受热面安全性预警评估系统研究,并研发提出电站锅炉壁温异常监测实时预警方法十分重要。
The operating environment of the high-temperature heating surface of power plant boilers is harsh,and the wall temperature of utility boilers is a key state parameter for boiler monitoring.The fluctuation of it causes a series of changes in the safety status of equipment.Through online real-time monitoring and trend analysis of the abnormal state of key parameters of power plant boiler wall temperature,real-time management of over temperature status is achieved.Determine whether the wall temperature of the power plant boiler is abnormal,and achieve real-time automatic online monitoring,analysis,and discrimination of abnormal wall temperature of the utility boiler.Assist operators in mastering real-time temperature levels and temperature field changes,guide equipment management and maintenance personnel in conducting safety status evaluations of high-temperature heating surfaces in power plant boilers.It is important to conduct research on the safety warning and evaluation system for boiler heating surfaces based on wall temperature big data,and to develop a real-time warning method for monitoring abnormal wall temperature in utility boilers.
