摘要
汽轮机旁路供热系统投运后,在调峰期间汽轮机低旁阀频繁使用,可能会引起阀壳的疲劳破坏,为了确保旁路供热系统设备的安全稳定运行,满足机组的调峰需求,对阀壳进行了额定工况下的强度分析以及调峰工况下的疲劳寿命分析,为机组的安全运行提供了重要的理论依据。
After the operation of steam turbine bypass heating system,frequent use of the low-pressure bypass valve during peak-shaving may cause fatigue damage to the valve casing.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the bypass heating system equipment and meet the peak-shaving needs of unit,strength analysis of the valve casing under rated operating conditions and fatigue life analysis under peak-shaving conditions is conducted,providing theoretical basis for the safe operation of the unit.
