农业强国是推进农业现代化、实现高质量发展的必然要求,具有农业供给保障安全可靠、农业科技创新自立自强、农业设施装备配套完善、农业产业链条健全、高端农业资源利用集约高效、农业国际竞争优势明显等特征。数字经济的发展深刻改变人们的生产生活方式,是推动技术革新、产业变革的重要抓手。以数字经济赋能农业强国建设已经成为提高农业综合效益和竞争力的客观需要,且取得了农业经济稳定向好、基础地位更加稳固、农业经营方式进一步转变、现代农业活力更强等重要成效,但也面临着农业数字基础设施建设有待提高、数字资源供给不足、农业相关产品同质化严重、农业数字化转型受阻、数据要素流通不畅、农业产品国际竞争力较弱、数字技术与乡村产业链融合程度较低等问题。在中国式现代化的未来进程中,应该致力于加强农业数字基础设施建设、提升供给质量,推动数字资源精准供给、提高农业科技创新能力,加强农业特色产业化建设、打造特色产业品牌,提高农产品国际竞争力、确保进出口适度适当可靠,延长产业链、加快数字技术与一二三产业融合,以实现农业高质量发展,促进农业强国目标早日实现。
