水性环氧改性水泥砂浆水下固化性能及水下加固桩基应用

Underwater solidification performance of waterborne epoxy resin modified cement mortar and application of underwater strengthening pile foundation

摘要 针对水性环氧树脂改性水泥砂浆水下加固桩基础应用,开展室内与工程应用试验,研究了聚灰比对水性环氧树脂改性水泥砂浆水下固化力学性能、水下粘结性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:聚灰比增大,水性环氧树脂改性水泥砂浆的抗压强度和抗折强度先升高后下降,水下粘结抗拉强度不断提高,吸水率和氯离子渗透深度不断减小。水性环氧树脂能显著改善水泥砂浆的力学性能、粘结性能和耐久性能。聚灰比为5%时,水性环氧树脂改性水泥砂浆的抗压强度和抗折强度取得最大值,各项性能指标满足设计要求,水下加固桩基础应用效果良好。 Aiming at the application of underwater strengthening pile foundation by waterborne epoxy resin modified cement mortar,laboratory and engineering application tests were used to study the effect of polymer-cement ratio on the underwater solidification mechanical property,underwater bonding property and durability of the waterborne epoxy resin modified cement mortar.The results showed that the compressive strength and flexural strength of the waterborne epoxy resin modified cement mortar first increased then decreased with the increasing of polymer-cement ratio.The underwater bonding tensile strength of the waterborne epoxy resin modified cement mortar enhanced with the increasing of polymer-cement ratio.The water absorption rate and chloride ion permeation depth of the waterborne epoxy resin modified cement mortar reduced with the increasing of polymer-cement ratio.The waterborne epoxy resin could improve the mechanical property,bonding property and durability of the cement mortar effectively.The compressive strength and flexural strength reached the maximum value when the polymer-cement ratio was 5%,the basic property met the designing requirements meanwhile,and its application effect of underwater strengthening pile foundation was good.
