机床上下料系统的数字化孪生设计与仿真

Research on Digital Twin Design and Simulation of Machine Tool Loading and Unloading System

摘要 针对传统机床人工上下料生产效率低下和自动化生产线现场搭建存在的重复调试问题,对机床上下料系统进行数字化孪生设计与仿真研究,提出一种虚拟调试方法,在完成机床上下料系统整体设计的同时,实现系统的控制仿真。使用Process Simulate平台,在虚拟环境中构建机床上下料系统的三维数字化孪生模型,结合PLC控制系统,通过虚拟调试不断优化系统布局、工作流程、控制程序的控制逻辑和机器人上下料路径,完善机床上下料系统并实现机器人离线编程。对系统进行仿真分析,结果表明:该机床上下料系统的生产效率相比传统人工上下料提高近15%,其数字化孪生设计与仿真研究具有较好的适用性,可以减少现场重复调试的时间、降低调试成本。 In order to address the low efficiency in traditional machine tools due to manual loading and unloading and repetitive commissioning issues faced during the setup of automated production lines,the digital twin design and simulation on the machine tool loading and unloading system are investigated and a virtual commissioning solution is proposed to complete the overall design of the machine loading and unloading system as well as to achieve control simulation of the system.The Process Simulate platform is used to build a 3D digital twin model of the machine tool loading and unloading system in a virtual environment.Through the PLC control system,the system layout,workflow,control logic and the robot loading and unloading path are continuously optimized by virtual commissioning to improve the machine tool loading and unloading system and enable offline programming of robots.The results show that the overall efficiency of the machine tool loading and unloading system is improved by 15%compared to the traditional manual loading and unloading by analyzing the control simulation of the system.Furthermore,research on the digital twin design and simulation has good applicability and can reduce the time of repeated commissioning and lower commissioning costs.
