基于双层可展单元的空间伸展臂设计与分析

摘要 空间伸展臂广泛应用于航空航天领域。现有空间伸展臂的可展单元构型设计相对单一,所以提出了一种基于双层可展单元的空间伸展臂,设计制造空间伸展臂实物样机。通过多项式响应面法,建立起双层可展单元的基频代理模型。分析单元基频、折展比与单元基本结构参数之间的关系,得到了单元基频图谱和折展比图谱。通过Simscape进行伸展臂展开运动仿真,得到了伸展臂展开过程的运动特性和驱动特性,并通过伸展臂的地面展开试验进行验证。通过ANSYS进行伸展臂展开后的模态仿真和拉压、弯曲、扭转载荷下的静力学仿真,发现侧面拉索可以有效提升伸展臂的基频和静力学刚度。 Space deployable mast has been widely used in aerospace.There have been few configuration designs of the deployable unit of the space deployable mast.In this paper,the space deployable mast based on the double-layer deployable unit(DDU)is proposed.The prototype of the space deployable mast is designed and manufactured.The fundamental frequency surrogate modal of the DDU is established based on the polynomial response surface method.The relations between the fundamental frequency,folding rate and the basic structural parameters of the DDU are analyzed.The fundamental frequency atlas and folding rate atlas are obtained.The deployment simulation of the space deployable mast is performed by Simscape,and the kinematic properties and driving properties are obtained,which are verified by the ground deployment test.The modal simulation and static simulation of the deployable mast under tensile,bending and torsional loads are performed by ANSYS.It is found that the cables can effectively improve the fundamental frequency and static stiffness of the space deployable mast.
