套筒式永磁涡流调速器转矩与调速特性分析

Simulation Research on Transmission Characteristics of Double Drum Excitation Governor

摘要 为了研究套筒式涡流调速器在不同啮合面积和不同设计参数影响下的电磁场变化规律和调速特性,以自行研制的套筒式永磁涡流调速器为研究对象,分析其结构和原理,推导出电磁转矩数学表达式,再采用有限元法对调速器三维瞬态场进行仿真分析,获得不同啮合面积下的铜转子和轭铁筒厚度以及转速差对输出转矩的影响规律,揭示其在不同啮合面积下的调速特性,最后搭建实验平台进行实验验证,结果表明,相同啮合面积下,输出转矩随铜转子厚度和转差的增大而增大,增大到峰值后减小,啮合面积为100%时,选择2 mm厚度的轭铁筒可提升45%输出转矩,调速时输出转速及转矩随啮合面积减小呈非线性减小,其结论可以为套筒式涡流调速器的进一步优化设计提供了参考。 In order to study the electromagnetic field variation and speed regulation characteristics of sleeve vortex governor under the influence of different meshing areas and diferent design parameters,the self-developed sleeve permanent magnet eddy current governor is taken as the research object,its structure and principle are analyzed,the mathematical expression of electromagnetic torque is derived,and then the three-dimensional transient field of the governor is simulated and analyzed by the finite element method.The influence of the thickness of the copper rotor and the yoke cylinder and the speed difference on the output torque under different meshing areas is obtained.The speed regulation characteristics under dfferent meshing areas are revealed.Finally,an experimental platform is built for experimental verification,and the results show that under the same meshing area,the output torque increases with the increase of copper rotor thickness and slippage,and decreases after increasing to the peak when the meshing area is 100%,the output torque can be increased by 45%by selecting a yoke iron cylinder with 2mm thickness.The output speed and torque decrease nonlinearly with the decrease of the meshing area during speed regulation.The conclusions can provide a reference for the further optimization design of sleeve vortex governors.
