摘要
清末修律以来的一系列歷史事件中,中國法學逐渐告别傅統,在“西法東渐”的歷史潮流中走向現代化。徙某种程度上説,中國現代的法學知識體系是一套西方化的知識體系,不懂學科體系是西方化的,其價值取向以及背俊的语體系也是西方化的。
In a series of historical events since the revision of the law at the end of the Qing Dynasty,the China legal science gradually departed from tradition and,following along the historical trend of"the eastward transmission of Western law",started its modernization.To a certain extent,the modern Chinese knowledge system of legal science is a knowledge system Westernized in terms of not only the discipline system but also its value orientation and the discourse system behind it.
