摘要
研究解决直线往复式取样机存在严重粒度偏析的问题。采用单向取样方式和控制截取料流速度波动小于5%以减小取样偏析。通过对数学模型动力学条件的分析,推导出保障速度波动范围的空压包最小容积和气缸最小缸径。据此创新开发出的高精度单向直线取样机,具有取样偏析小、开闭无卡阻、故障率低的优点。完全满足国家标准对于试样制备的精度要求,已广泛应用于攀钢散装矿自动取样领域。
The problem of serious particle size segregation in linear reciprocating sampling machine is solved.The unidirectional sampling method and control of the interception flow speed fluctuation is less than 5%to reduce the sampling segregation.Through the analysis of the dynamic conditions of the mathematical model,the minimum volume of the air package and the minimum bore of the cylinder are derived to guarantee the speed fluctuation range.The high-precision unidirectional linear sampling machine developed according to this innovation has the advantages of small sampling segregation,no jamming of opening and closing,and low failure rate.It fully meets the accuracy requirements of national standards for sample preparation,and has been widely used in the field of automatic sampling of Pangang bulk ore.
