钢包全程自动加揭盖装置研究

摘要 通过大量调研钢包全程加揭盖的使用现状,开发自动加揭盖装置,解决炼钢生产中难以实现全自动化加揭盖现状。依据现行钢包加揭盖的运行轨迹和特殊要求,经3D、ADAMS软件仿真预验证,确定了钢包运送定位、倒渣、热修全程加揭盖总体方案。仿真结果表明全自动加盖装置满足包盖运行轨迹和特殊要求,开发出全自动钢包加盖装置,为实现智能炼钢提供了有力的支撑。 Through research on the use of ladle cover,the development of automatic cover device,to solve the steel making production is difficult to achieve fully automatic cover.According to requirements of motion trajectory of ladle cover,achieving whole proposal of ladle transporting positioning,slag dumping and hot repair by 3D and ADAMS simulation.The simulation results show that the automatic capping device satisfy motion trajectory of ladle cover and special requirements,and the automatic capping device is developed,which provides a strong support for realizing intelligent steel making.
