宽厚板矫直机弯辊机构对辊系受力影响

The Influence of the Bending Roller Mechanism of the Heavy Plate Leveller on the Stress of the Rollers

摘要 研究宽厚板矫直机两种典型弯辊机构在弯辊补偿时分别对辊系受力的影响。对两种弯辊结构采用相同的弯辊补偿量,施加相同的弯辊力,通过Ansys软件建立两种弯辊机构作用下的辊系有限元模型,分析在两种弯辊状态下矫直时辊系的受力情况。采用对开梁式弯辊机构的支承辊支反力偏载严重,矫直辊与支承辊之间的接触应力不均衡,局部应力过大;采用多点弯辊补偿结构的支承辊支反力偏载较小,矫直辊与支承辊之间的接触应力非常均衡,无应力集中。对于承载较大的矫直机应选用多点弯辊补偿机构的弯辊,保证辊系受力的均匀性;对开梁式弯辊仅适用于低承载的高温板矫直机。 Study the influence of two typical bending roller mechanisms on the force acting on the rollers during bending compensation in the HPL(Heavy Plate Leveller).Using the same bending roller compensation amount and applying the same bending force to the two types of bending roller structures,a finite element model of the rollers under the action of the two types of bending roller mechanisms is established using Ansys software,and the force situation of the rollers during levelling in both bending roller states is analyzed.The back-up roller support of the split beam bending roller mechanism is severely loaded,and the contact stress between the levelling roller and the back-up roller is uneven,resulting in excessive local stress;The back-up roller support with a multi-point bending roller compensation structure has a relatively small offset load,and the contact stress between the levelling roller and the back-up roller is very balanced,without stress concentration.For levellers with large load-bearing capacity,a multi-point bending roller compensation mechanism should be selected to ensure the uniformity of force on the rolles;The split beam bending roller is only suitable for low load high-temperature plate levellers.
