摘要
转炉特别是100t~500t中大型转炉运行品质指无明显磨损、冲击、振动和异响等安全性指标以及设备运行平稳,具有足够的安全裕度和稳定性等。本文描述了当今世界主要采用转炉下悬挂支撑机构的六种典型结构形式,分别从吊挂机构部件、吊挂机构数量和吊挂机构布置三个方面分析了转炉下悬挂支撑机构的特点;采用有限元分析手段分析了支撑机构应力和变形,并结合大量实际工程验证。研究结果表明,转炉吊挂机构部件的最优选择是采用连杆机构;吊挂机构数量的最优组合是采用四组垂直吊挂和四组水平支撑机构;吊挂机构布置的最优位置是水平支撑机构位于垂直吊挂机构的正上方。如果以上三条都满足,转炉运行品质必定优异,也意味着是今后转炉支撑技术发展的趋势和方向。
The running quality of converter especially 100t~500t medium and large converter refers to the safety indicators such as no obvious wear,impact,vibration and abnormal noise,and the stable operation of the equipment with sufficient safety margin and stability,etc.In this paper,six typical under suspension support mechanisms which mainly used in various countries in the world today are described,and the characteristics of the suspension support mechanism under the converter are analyzed from three aspects:components,number of suspension support mechanism and layout of suspension support mechanism.The stress and deformation of the supporting mechanism are analyzed by finite element method and verified by a large number of practical engineering.The research results show that the connecting rod mechanism is the best choice for the hanging mechanism of converter.The optimal combination of the number of hanging mechanisms is to adopt four groups of vertical hanging mechanisms and four groups of horizontal supporting mechanisms;the optimal position of the hanging mechanism is that the horizontal support mechanism is located directly above the vertical hanging mechanism.The running quality of the converter must be excellent if all three of the above are met,which also means the trend and direction of the development of the support technology of the converter in the future.
