线棒材控冷喷嘴冷却特性对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Cooling Characteristics for Wire Rod and Bar Controlled Cooling Nozzles

介绍了一种用于线棒材控轧控冷工艺的柔性冷却喷嘴结构。对其冷却特性,与传统的冷却喷嘴进行对比分析。分析和应用结果表明,在控轧控冷工艺中采用柔性冷却喷嘴,冷却芯表温差小,低工作水压下也能冷却均匀,轧件表面不易冷出马氏体组织。柔性冷却喷嘴较传统冷却喷嘴更适用于线棒材的控轧控冷生产。

This paper introduces a flexible cooling nozzle structure for wire rod and bar controlled rolling and cooling process.Its cooling characteristics,and the traditional cooling nozzle comparative analysis.Analysis and application results show that the use of flexible cooling nozzles in the controlled rolling and cooling process,the cooling core surface temperature difference is small,low working water pressure can also be cooled uniformly,the surface of the rolled parts is not easy to cold martensitic organization.Flexible cooling nozzles are more suitable for controlled rolling and cooling production of wire rod and bar than traditional cooling nozzles.
