摘要
目的对比半导体激光与等离子电切术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(NMIBC)的效果。方法回顾性抽取2020年2月至2022年2月新乡医学院第三附属医院收治的NMIBC患者82例,按照手术方案分为研究组(半导体激光治疗)和对照组(采用等离子电切术治疗),每组41例。比较两组围术期指标(手术时间、术后导尿时间、术中出血量、血尿持续时间、住院时间)、术后并发症、术后肿瘤复发率。结果研究组手术时间、术后导尿时间、血尿持续时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症总发生率(4.88%,2/41)低于对照组(24.39%,10/41),P<0.05;研究组术后6、12个月复发率(0.00%,0/41;0.00%,0/41)低于对照组(14.63%,6/41;21.95%,9/41),P<0.05。结论与等离子电切术相比,半导体激光治疗NMIBC可缩短手术时间、术后导尿时间、血尿持续时间,减少术中出血量,降低肿瘤复发率,且并发症较少。
Objective To compare the efficacy of semiconductor laser and plasma electrotomy in the treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC).Methods A total of 82 patients with NMIBC treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from February 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively selected.And they were divided into the study group(treated by semiconductor laser)and the control group(treated by plasma electrotomy)according to the surgical plan,with 41 cases in each group.The perioperative indexes,including operation time,postoperative catheterization time,intraoperative blood loss,duration of hematuria and hospital stay,incidence of postoperative complications,and postoperative recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,catheterization time,duration of hematuria and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(4.88%,2/41)was lower than that in the control group(24.39%,10/41),while the 6-and 12-month postoperative recurrence rate in the study group(0.00%,0/41;0.00%,0/41)were lower than those in the control group(14.63%,6/41;21.95%,9/41),P<0.05.Conclusions Compared with plasma electrotomy,semiconductor laser,in the treatment of NMIBC,can shorten the operation time,postoperative catheterization time and duration of hematuria,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,and decrease the tumor recurrence rate,with fewer complications.
