雌激素联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎的效果分析

Therapeutic effect of estrogen combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsules on vaginitis in the elderly

目的探究雌激素联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法队列研究。抽取2022年6月至2023年6月延安大学咸阳医院收治的老年性阴道炎患者91例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)和观察组(46例)。对照组采用雌激素治疗,观察组采用雌激素联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。比较两组临床效果、血清性激素指标[雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)]、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平及阴道pH值。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.83%,45/46)高于对照组(84.44%,38/45),P<0.05。治疗后,观察组E2水平高于对照组,LH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-10、IL-2水平高于对照组,IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组pH值(4.30±0.52)低于对照组(5.42±0.62),P<0.05。结论雌激素联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎可以显著提升治疗效果,同时可改善血清性激素指标、血清炎性因子指标及阴道pH值。

Objective To investigate the effect of estrogen combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsules vaginal capsule in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods This study was a cohort trial.Ninety-one elderly patients with vaginitis admitted to Xianyang Hospital of Yan’an University from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected.And the selected patients were divided into a control group(45 cases)and an observation group(46 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with estrogen,while the observation group was treated with estrogen combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsules.The clinical efficacy,serum sex hormones,including estradiol(E2)and luteinizing hormone(LH),serum inflammatory factors,including interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and vaginal pondus hydrogenii(pH)value of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%(45/46),higher than the 84.44%(38/45)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the E2 level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the LH level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-10 and IL-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of IL-6 and TNF were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal pH value of the observation group(4.30±0.52)was lower than that of the control group(5.42±0.62),P<0.05.Conclusions The combination of estrogen and lactobacillus vaginal capsules has a significant therapeutic effect on senile vaginitis,which may improve serum sex hormone levels,serum non-steroidal factors and vaginal pH value.
