瑞舒伐他汀联合依那普利治疗高血压的效果研究

Effect of rosuvastatin combined with enalapril on hypertension

目的评估瑞舒伐他汀联合依那普利治疗高血压的临床效果。方法队列对照研究。抽取2021年6月至2022年6月郑州大学第一附属医院心血管内科收治的98例高血压患者,按用药方案分为对照组与观察组,每组49例。对照组予以依那普利控制血压,观察组在对照组基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀。比较两组治疗前后的血压、血脂、炎症指标变化情况以及随访期间脑卒中发生率等指标。结果治疗3个月后,两组收缩压、舒张压均显著下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高,且观察组变化更显著(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组血清C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均减低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组脑卒中发生率(0.00%,0/49)低于对照组(10.20%,5/49),P<0.05。结论瑞舒伐他汀联合依那普利治疗高血压的效果优异,可有效降低血压、血脂水平,减少血清炎症因子水平,并可降低脑卒中发生率。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with enalapril in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 98 hypertensive patients admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected for the cohort controlled study.Patients were divided into the reference group and the observation group according to the medication regimen,with 49 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with enalapril to control blood pressure,and the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin based on the treatment of the reference group.The changes between preoperative and postoperative levels of blood pressure,blood lipids and inflammatory indexes were compared between the two groups.The incidence of stroke during the follow-up period of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups decreased significantly,moreover,the observation group had lower systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure than the reference group(P<0.05).The contents of total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased,and the contents of high density lipoprotein cholesterol increased in both groups,and the changes in the observation group were more significant than the reference group(P<0.05).The levels of serum C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αdecreased in both groups,and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the incidence of stroke in the observation group(0.00%,0/49)was lower than that in the reference group(10.20%,5/49),P<0.05.Conclusions Rosuvastatin combined with enalapril has excellent effects in the treatment of hypertension,which can effectively reduce blood pressure,blood lipid levels,inflammatory factors,and the incidence of stroke.
