车载呼吸机应用于急危重症患者急救的效果观察

摘要 目的观察车载呼吸机在急危重症患者急救中的应用效果。方法队列研究。抽取2021年1月至2023年5月新郑市公立人民医院收治的急危重症患者100例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组采用高流量吸氧,研究组采用车载呼吸机。比较两组急救指标、生命体征、动脉血气指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))]及并发症发生率。结果研究组急救成功率(94.00%,47/50)高于对照组(76.00%,38/50),P<0.05。研究组抢救总时间、转运时间、呼吸正常时间、住院天数均短于对照组(P均<0.05)。转运后,研究组心率、呼吸频率均低于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组PaO_(2)水平高于对照组,且PaCO_(2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(10.00%,5/50)低于对照组(32.00%,16/50),P<0.05。结论车载呼吸机应用于急危重症患者的急救中能提高急救成功率,缩短抢救时间、转运时间和住院天数,稳定生命体征,改善动脉血气指标,降低并发症发生率。 Objective To observe the effect of transport ventilator in first aid for patients with critical illness.Methods The study,conducted as a cohort trail,selected a total of 100 critically ill patients admitted to Public People’s Hospital of Xinzheng from January 2021 to May 2023.And the selected patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given high-flow oxygen inhalation,and the study group was given transport ventilator.The first aid indexes,vital signs and arterial blood gas indexes,including arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of first aid in the study group(94.00%,47/50)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%,38/50),P<0.05.The total rescue time,transportation time,normal breathing recovering time,and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After transportation,the heart rate and respiratory rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05);the PaO_(2) level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the PaCO_(2) level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(10.00%,5/50)was lower than that in the control group(32.00%,16/50),P<0.05.Conclusions The application of transport ventilator in the first aid process of critically ill patients can improve the success rate of first aid,shorten the rescue time,transport time and hospital stay,ensure the stability of vital signs,improve the arterial blood gas indexes,and reduce the incidence of complications.
