摘要
目的通过文献计量学方法分析2012-2022年全球范围内有关许旺细胞(SCs)研究的热点及现状,为临床和基础研究提供参考。方法2022年9月26日,中山大学附属第一医院显微创伤手外科在Web of Science核心集数据库(WoSCC)检索发表时间在2012年1月1日至2022年9月1日的原始研究及综述文章。两个不同的科学计量软件程序(VOSviewer和CiteSpace)用于进行本项科学计量研究。使用VOSviewer构建合著网络或共被引网络,使用CiteSpace构建引文及研究关键词的爆发图谱、关键词聚类网络及关键词演化图谱。结果共检索到6772篇论文(包括5627篇原始研究和1145篇综述文章)。SC研究相关领域的年度出版物数量仍然很高,平均每年有630多篇文献出版。大多数出版物(n=2090,30.86%)在美国发表,南通大学贡献了最多文献(n=275,4.06%)。刊载相关研究文献数量最多的期刊是Neural Regeneration Research(n=190),而Biomaterials期刊的该领域文献被引用最频繁。Jessen KR是这个领域最有影响力的作家。SC研究关键词可分为6类:神经再生、表达、氧化应激、脊髓损伤、神经鞘瘤、神经肌肉接头。神经导管、microRNA、血管形成、细胞侵袭、个案报道是目前的热点关键词,并将继续作为重点被研究。结论随着近10年来国际学术合作的密切及研究的深入,全球范围内有关SC的相关文献数量平稳上涨,美国与中国在其中贡献较大。SC在周围神经系统病变、损伤与修复过程中的作用及机制仍是目前主要研究方向。
Objective To generate a knowledge map and identify potential research hotspots on worldwide researches in Schwann cells(SCs)in last decade(2012 to 2022)by using bibliometric analysis,therefore to provide a reference for clinical and basic researches.Methods Articles and reviews relating to SCs published between 1st January,2012 and 1st September,2022 on the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)were retrieved on 26 th September 2022 in the Department of Microsurgery,Trauma and Hand Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.Two scientometric software(VOSviewer and CiteSpace)were used to conduct this scientometric study.VOSviewer was used to construct the co-authorship networks or co-citation networks,and CiteSpace was used to construct the burst maps of citations and keywords,keyword cluster network and timeline view map of keywords.Results A total of 6772 papers were retrieved(5627 articles and 1145 reviews).The number of annual publications in the field of SCs remained high,with an average of over 630 articles or reviews per annum.The majority of publications(n=2090,30.86%)were published in the United States,but Nantong University of China contributed the most publications(n=275,4.06%).The most prolific journal was Neural Regeneration Research(n=190),while the papers in Biomaterials were cited most frequently.Jessen KR was the most influential author in this field.The key words for research in SCs were divided into six categories,namely nerve regeneration,expression,oxidative stress,spinal cord injury,Schwannoma and neuromuscular junctions.Neural conduit,microRNA,angiogenesis,invasion and case report were the hot keywords and would continue to be the key research areas.Conclusion With close cooperation of global academics and deepening research in the past decade,the number of literatures in relating to SCs has steadily increased globally,of which both of the United States and China have made significant contributions.The role and mechanism of SCs in peripheral nerve lesion,injury and repair are the main direction of research.
