张宣科技氢基竖炉生产工艺特点

摘要 张宣科技氢基竖炉在全球率先采用焦炉煤气COG生产直接还原铁DRI,设计矿比1.350,DRI含C<3.0%、金属化率≥92%,COG单耗低于650m^(3)/t,利用系数3.50t(m^(3).d),年产量55万t/a。以宣钢焦化厂副产品COG作为气源,还原气先经加热炉一次加热至920~960℃,再经燃烧室喷氧二次加热至1000~1050℃,然后被送入竖炉内还原高品质球团矿,生产的DRI经冷却,低于60℃后排出竖炉冷却器。氢基竖炉生产工艺主要具有H_(2)直接还原为主、工艺流程简单、原料适应性强及产品多样化、氢能利用率高等特点,与相同产量的高炉相比,CO_(2)排放量减少70%,粉尘排放量减少90%,SO_(2)排放减少50%。 The hydrogen-based shaft furnace of Zhangxuan High Technology is the first one in the world that produces DRI by using COG.Its designed ore ratio is 1.350,C content of DRI<3.0%,metallization rate≥92%,COG consumption<650m^(3)/t,productivity 3.50V(m^(3)·d),and annual output amounts to 550,000Va.COG,the by-product of Xuansteel Coking Plant,is adopted as the reducing gas,which is heated to 920-960℃in the heating furnace,and then reheated to 1000-1050℃in the combustion chamber by oxygen injection before supplying to the shaft furnace to reduce high-quality pellets.The production process of this kind of furnace features hydrogen direct reduction,simple process flow,good adaptability to raw materials,diversified products,and high utilization rate of hydrogen energy.Compared with blast furnaces of the same output,its CO_(2)emission is reduced by 58.8%approximately,dust emission drops by 90%,and SO_(2)emission is decreased by 50%.
