左氨氯地平对原发性高血压患者RAAS及血压波动的影响

The effect of levamlodipine on RAAS and blood pressure fluctuations in patients with primary hypertension

目的探究左氨氯地平对原发性高血压患者RAAS及血压波动的影响。方法将2022年12月-2023年9月期间的60例原发性高血压患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组30例和观察组30例。对照组采用氨氯地平治疗,观察组则采用左氨氯地平进行治疗。比较两组的血压控制总有效率、治疗前后的血压水平(SBP及DBP)、RAAS指标(血清PRA、Ang-Ⅰ、Ang-Ⅱ及ALD)及血压波动指标[平滑指数(24h SIS及24h SID)及变异系数(24h SBPCV及24h DBPCV)]。结果治疗12周后观察组的血压控制总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组的血压水平、RAAS指标及血压波动指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗12周后两组的血压水平、RAAS指标及血压波动指标均显著低于组内治疗前,且观察组的血压水平、RAAS指标及血压波动指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左氨氯地平在原发性高血压患者中的应用效果较好,可有效控制患者的RAAS及血压波动状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of levamlodipine on RAAS and blood pressure fluctuations in patients with primary hypertension.Method Sixty patients with primary hypertension between December 2022 and September 2023 were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases and an observation group of 30 cases using a random number table method.The control group was treated with amlodipine,while the observation group was treated with levamlodipine.Compare the total effective rate of blood pressure control,blood pressure levels(SBP and DBP)before and after treatment,RAAS indicators(serum PRA,Ang-Ⅰ,Ang-Ⅱ,and ALD),and blood pressure fluctuation indicators[smoothness index(24h SIS and 24h SID)and coefficient of variation(24h SBPCV and 24h DBPCV)]between two groups.Result After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of blood pressure control in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure levels,RAAS indicators,and blood pressure fluctuation indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure levels,RAAS indicators,and blood pressure fluctuation indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment within the group,and the blood pressure levels,RAAS indicators,and blood pressure fluctuation indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of levamlodipine in patients with primary hypertension is good,and it can effectively control the RAAS and blood pressure fluctuation status of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
