Application of NT-ProBNP in predicting acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure

目的NT-ProBNP(N端前BNP)是一种与心脏健康相关的生物标志物,其测量可以用于预测慢性心力衰竭急性发作的风险。该研究旨在分析血清中NT-ProBNP对预测慢性心力衰竭急性发作的应用价值。方法选择中核五〇四医院在2022年2月-2023年2月期间收治的55例慢性心力衰竭急性发作的患者作为研究组,另选取同时期在该院进行健康体检的55例体检者作为对照组,并对比两组参与者血清中的NT-ProBNP指标变化。结果研究组患者在入组时及随访期间的NT-ProBNP均高于对照组,且研究组的心室结构改善效果也低于对照组,P<0.05;分析其不同心功能级别的NT-ProBNP,各级别之间也存在一定的统计差异,P<0.05。结论NT-ProBNP可评估CHF急性发作的预后,对预测其严重程度有重要临床意义,且心功能受损程度越高该指标也越高,对其后续治疗有重要指导意义。

Objective NT-ProBNP(N-terminal proBNP)is a biomarker associated with heart health,and its measurement can be used to predict the risk of acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure.This study aims to analyze the application value of NT-ProBNP in serum for predicting acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure.Method 55 patients with acute exacerbations of chronic heart failure admitted to CNNC 504 Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study group,and another 55 patients who underwent health examinations at the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The changes in NT-ProBNP indicators in the serum of the two groups of participants were compared.Result The NT-ProBNP of the study group patients was higher than that of the control group at enrollment and during follow-up,and the improvement effect of ventricular structure in the study group was also lower than that in the control group,P<0.05;analyze the NT-ProBNP with different functional levels,and there is also a certain statistical difference between each level,P<0.05.Conclusion NT-ProBNP can evaluate the prognosis of acute attacks of CHF and has important clinical significance in predicting its severity.The higher the degree of cardiac dysfunction,the higher this indicator is,which has important guiding significance for its subsequent treatment.
