操作技能直接观察评估考核在关节骨科实习护士学习带教中的应用研究

Research on the application of direct observation,evaluation and assessment of operational skills in the learning and teaching of orthopedic internship nurses

摘要 目的探究操作技能直接观察评估考核在关节骨科实习护士学习带教中的应用效果。方法选择无锡市第九人民医院骨科于2021年12月-2022年12月期间接受教学的100名实习护士为研究对象,并将其以随机抽样法分为对照组(50名)和观察组(50名),其中对照组采用传统带教方法进行常规操作技能培训,观察组则在常规操作技能培训中加用操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)考核,对比两组实习护士操作技能能力及考核成绩、教学效果、带教总满意度。结果在考核结束后,观察组操作技能能力的优良率(94.00%)高于对照组(72.00%)(P<0.05),同时观察组出科前操作技能考核成绩的评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对教学效果各项指标的同意率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组带教总满意度(98.00%)高于对照组(82.00%)(P<0.05)。结论在关节骨科实习护士学习带教中应用DOPS考核,具有较好的教学效果,有助于增强其操作技能能力,提高带教总满意度,值得借鉴与推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of direct observation of operational skills assessment in the learning and teaching of practice nurses in the Department of Joint orthopedics.Methods A total of 100 practice nurses who received teaching in the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group(50 cases)and an observation group(50 cases)by random sampling method.The control group received conventional teaching methods for routine operation skills training.The observation group was given direct observation assessment of operational skills(DOPS)in the routine operation skills training.The operational skills ability,assessment results,teaching effect,and total teaching satisfaction of the two groups of practice nurses were compared.Results After the examination,the excellent and good rate of operation skill ability in the observation group(94.00%)was higher than that in the control group(72.00%)(P<0.05).At the same time,the score of operation skill assessment before leaving the department in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The agreement rate of teaching effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction of the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(82.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of DOPS assessment in the learning and teaching of practice nurses in the Department of Joint orthopedics has a good teaching effect,helps to improve their operational skills and enhance the overall satisfaction of teaching,which is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical practice.
