专科护理联合心理护理应用于急性白血病PICC置管患儿中的效果分析

Effect analysis of specialized nursing combined with psychological nursing in acute leukemia children with PICC catheterization

目的分析专科护理联合心理护理对急性白血病(Acute Leukemia,AL)患儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter,PICC)置管的应用效果。方法选择上海市儿童医院2021年6月-2023年6月收治的92例AL患儿作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(专科护理联合心理护理)和对照组(常规护理),每组46例;比较两组患儿护理前后的依从性、焦虑评分和并发症发生率。结果研究组置管前、首次维护前、置管1个月后焦虑评分显著低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。护理前,两组依从性评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组依从性评分显著升高且研究组显著高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论将专科护理联合心理护理应用于PICC置管AL患儿中,能够有效缓解其焦虑情绪,提升治疗依从性,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of specialized nursing combined with psychological nursing in children with Acute Leukemia(AL)with Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter(PICC).Methods A total of 92 children with AL admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into study group(specialized nursing combined with psychological nursing)and control group(routine nursing),with 46 cases in each group.The compliance of the two groups before and after nursing was compared,and the anxiety score and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group before catheterization,before the first maintenance and 1 month after catheterization,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in compliance score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the compliance scores of the two groups significantly increased,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of specialized nursing combined with psychological nursing in children with PICC catheterization of AL can effectively relieve anxiety,improve treatment compliance,and reduce the incidence of complications.
