急诊重症创伤患者实施急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分导向的动态护理效果

The effect of acute physiology and chronic health score oriented dynamic nursing in emergency patients with severe trauma

目的探究急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分(APACHE)导向的动态护理在急诊重症创伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月-2023年5月贵州医科大学附属医院接收的急诊重症创伤患者62例作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组(2021年6月-2022年5月,n=31)与研究组(2022年6月-2023年5月,n=31)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分导向的动态护理,比较两组抢救成功率、重症监护室留置时间、急诊救治医疗费用、并发症发生率、家属护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组抢救成功率、重症监护室留置时间、急诊救治医疗费用均优于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预期间,研究组并发症发生率低于对照组;转科当天,研究组家属护理满意度高于对照组,以上差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊重症创伤患者实施APACHE导向的动态护理应用效果较好,该研究可为急诊重症创伤患者护理方法改进提供借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of acute physiology and Chronic Health score(APACHE)oriented dynamic nursing in emergency patients with severe trauma.Methods A total of 62 emergency severe trauma patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group(June 2021 to May 2022,n=31)and study group(June 2022 to May 2023,n=31)according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given acute physiology and chronic health score-oriented dynamic nursing on the basis of the control group.The success rate of rescue,the retention time of intensive care unit,the medical cost of emergency treatment,the incidence of complications,and the nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the success rate of rescue,the retention time of intensive care unit and the medical cost of emergency treatment in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the intervention period,the complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group.On the day of transfer,the nursing satisfaction of family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of APACHE-oriented dynamic nursing in emergency patients with severe trauma has a good effect,and this study can provide reference for the improvement of nursing methods for emergency patients with severe trauma.
