以决策树筛选的疼痛因素指导护理策略在膝关节镜手术患儿中的应用探究

Exploring the application of pain factors guided by decision tree screening in nursing strategies for children undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery

目的探讨以决策树筛选的疼痛因素指导护理策略在膝关节镜手术患儿中的应用价值。方法选择江西省儿童医院2023年1月-2023年10月接诊的71例膝关节镜手术患儿作为研究对象,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受以决策树筛选的疼痛因素作为护理指导策略进行干预。比较两组在疼痛、膝关节功能、术后并发症和护理满意度上的差异。结果观察组术后12h、术后24h的视觉模拟疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组膝关节纽约特种外科医院评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以决策树筛选的疼痛因素作为护理的指导策略,能够降低患儿术后发生并发症的风险,减轻患儿的疼痛,从而促进术后膝关节功能的尽早恢复,提高护理满意度,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the application value of using decision tree screening to guide nursing strategies for children undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery.Method 71 children with knee arthroscopy who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received pain factors screened by decision trees as nursing guidance strategies for intervention.Compare the differences between two groups in pain,knee joint function,postoperative complications,and nursing satisfaction.Results The visual simulated pain score of the observation group at 12 hours and 24 hours after surgery was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group had a higher knee joint score than the control group at the New York Special Surgery Hospital(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using decision tree screening of pain factors as a guiding strategy for nursing can reduce the risk of postoperative complications in children,alleviate their pain,promote early recovery of knee function after surgery,improve nursing satisfaction,and have high application value.
