舒适化护理模式对日间手术眼科患儿术前负性情绪及术后转归的影响分析

Effect of comfortable nursing mode on preoperative negative emotion and postoperative outcome of children undergoing daytime ophthalmic surgery

目的探讨对日间手术眼科患儿实施舒适化护理模式对其负性情绪及术后转归的影响。方法选取2021年3月-2023年3月在江南大学附属儿童医院接受日间手术治疗的96例患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,给予对照组(n=48)患儿常规护理干预,给予观察组(n=48)患儿舒适化护理干预,观察两组患儿舒适状况、焦虑及抑郁情绪、疼痛程度、术后并发症及护理满意度等指标水平变化情况。结果护理后,观察组舒适状况量表指标水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);SAS、SDS及FLACC评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);恶心呕吐、眼压增高、切口延迟愈合及眼部感染等并发症发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对日间手术眼科患儿实施舒适化护理,可有效提高舒适感,改善焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,降低术后疼痛及术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,促进术后转归。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing mode on the negative emotion and postoperative outcome of pediatric ophthalmology patients undergoing daytime surgery.Methods A total of 96 children from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=48)was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=48)was given comfortable nursing intervention,the changes of comfort status,anxiety and depression,pain degree,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results After nursing,the levels of comfort scale indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of SAS,SDS and FLACC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications such as nausea,vomiting,increased intraocular pressure,delayed wound healing and ocular infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of nursing care in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfortable nursing can improve the sense of comfort,improve the negative emotion such as anxiety and depression,reduce the incidence of postoperative pain and complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction,to promote the postoperative outcome.
